This is an idea I've had since I was little. It happened first when I was reading an encyclopedia of mythological characters and started noticing a lot of similarities between some of the gods and goddesses. Of course, some of it was inevitable with gods that covered the same domains, but others were truly uncanny. That's when the idea came to me, of researching mythological tropes and using them to create my own. Of course, I'm not the first person to think of this. Joseph C
